# Installation process

The installation of our Acknowledgement tool involves the following steps:

1. The Customer completes the [requirements](https://docs.intranet.ai/acknowledgement/requirements) by themselves, or with support from intranet.ai's technical specialists.
2. The Customer sends the necessary information to the intranet.ai team.
3. The intranet.ai team sets up the SQL database, installs the components on the Customer's intranet, configures the ["Acknowledgement"](https://docs.intranet.ai/acknowledgement/features/acknowledgement-for-documents#create-the-acknowledgement-page) page on the Customer's intranet, and configures the Power BI report.
