# Actions before the installation meeting

With the goal to have our internal registry filled correctly, we ask to our customers some information useful to have our technicians ready for the installation and to have the customer's contact address for any need.<br>

Here the list of the information we need from you:

* Company name (ex: Contoso)
* Internal reference name and surname (ex: Mario Rossi)
* Internal reference e-mail (ex: <mario.rossi@contoso.it>)
* Technical reference e-mail (ex: <mario.rossi@contoso.it>)
* Tenant ID ([here is how to find it](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/fundamentals/active-directory-how-to-find-tenant))
* Tenant domain (ex: CONTOSO.onmicrosoft.com or CONTOSO.sharepoint.com)
* The URL of the SharePoint site that will host the intranet ([refer to this step](/sharepoint-intranet/installation.md#communication-site))
* ID of the Azure Subscription that will host the installation
* Name of the Resource Group that will host the installation
* Application Client ID and Client Secret Value of the "*intranet.ai-managed*" app registration created for the installation (refer to [these steps](broken://pages/0Bkh4wUXGJ7JuHI7sJTe#app-registration-creation) for the app registration creation process).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.intranet.ai/micro-learning/installation/actions-before-the-installation-meeting.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
