Viva Connections
Viva Connections is one of the modules of the Microsoft Viva platform, which is one out of the company internal communication tools.

Thanks to Viva Connections, you can set a unique entry point in which to have all the business tools available for the employees.

Before starting: materials you'll need to set up Viva Connections
Before starting, please be sure to have these materials available:
The name of your intranet site that will be shown in the intranet icon in the left bar of Teams, our suggestion is to make it as short as possible (i.e., “Intranet”).
A short description (you can’t leave it as empty, you can both decide to personalize it or leave the Microsoft preset).
The Privacy Policy URL (you can’t leave it as empty, you can both decide to personalize it or leave the Microsoft preset. The best practice is to have your own privacy policy, you can also edit it on a second time and use, on a first stage, the Microsoft default one).
Website URL.
