Integrations of the Microlearning Tool

In this section it will be explained how the Microlearning Tool can be integrated with other useful applications.

The Microlearning Tool can be integrated with:

• Microsoft 365 Copilot

• Microsoft Teams

• Viva Learning

The Microsoft 365 Copilot Integration means that once we publish a course on SharePoint, that course can be found from Copilot.

If we ask Copilot to provide us with information about a specific topic and a course has been created of this topic in SharePoint, Copilot will also show us, among the responses , the course created and published on SharePoint.

The Microsoft Teams Integration means that the Microlearning Tool can be installed directly in Teams and then users can directly access the tool from Teams.

In addition, when scheduling a course or courses to specific users, those users will receive a push notification on Teams to notify them that they have been assigned a course or courses.

Viva Learning is a training platform and can be installed on Teams. It is like a marketplace where users can see courses posted on SharePoint and access them directly from there. On Viva Learning users will see all the courses posted on SharePoint and can decide which course to enter.

To search for courses on Viva Learning, enter Teams and click on the Viva Learning app on the left bar.

Click on the search bar without typing anything but just pressing Enter.

You will get a screen like the following and you will need to click on the “Providers” button.

You will have to select “ [QTA] Microlearning.”

If you want to filter the courses by language you will have to click on the “Languages” button and select the desired language.

Once you enter necessary filters you will be able to see the published courses.
