As explained in the previous section, there are three different areas where courses are listed. In the search bar on the left, it is possible to select the desired course areas:
the "Company Learning" button allows you to see all the courses created by users of the company, who have access to the tool.
the "My learnings" button allows the user to access the tool to see the individual courses created by him/her.
the "Running learnings" button allows you to view the courses that have been assigned to at least one user and are in progress.
Title: where it is possible to see the title of the course. This title corresponds to the one written by the author when they generate a course.
Status: where it is possible to see the status of the course. There are three different types of course status: Draft, Published and Running.
If you want to find out more about the status of a course click here.
Category: where you can see the category that has been assigned to the course. The category consists of a word that very effectively summarizes the topic the course will cover. The category is chosen when creating the course from a list of already preset categories.
If you want to find out more about how to add a new category click here.
Created: where you can see the day, month and year the course was created.
Author: where you can see the first and last name of the person who created the course.
In addition there are also this two areas:
a course search bar located at the top, to search for a single course.
a course pagination located at the bottom of each area. In each area a maximum of ten courses are listed, if there are more courses another page will be created. You can scroll through the pages using an arrow to see all the courses.
