Assign a course
This section explains how to schedule and assign a course to individuals or groups in your organization — ensuring they receive timely reminders to complete it.
You can only assign courses after they have been published.
How to Assign a Course
Open the published course.
Click “Actions” (top right).
Select “Schedule”. This opens the scheduling panel where you can define the assignment details. You can assign the course:
To one or more individual users
To entire groups
Fill in the Schedule Fields
Recipient: Choose users and/or groups.
Start date: Set when the course will become available.
Time: Choose when the first notification should be sent.
Time zone: Select the correct time zone.

Click "Save". The assignee's status will change to yellow "Draft".
Edit or Delete the assignment:
Click the pencil icon to edit the schedule. The assigned users will return to the “Assignees” list and you’ll be able to change the details.
Click the bin icon to delete the assignment.
If you click the Edit button, the selected 'Recipient' will return to the editable form at the top of the screen. From there, you can adjust the course assignment settings, such as the start date, time, time zone, and attendance options.
You can only see this button and assign courses after they have been published.
Once the "send" button is pressed, the assignee's status will change to Running.
