Please, remember that you can add a new lesson from a document only if you previously created the course from a document. If the course was created from scratch, you can only add new lesson from scratch.
Once the course has been created, you can enter it and add new lessons. Once you are inside the course you have to click on the button “Actions” and then “New lesson”. There are two types of new lessons:
New lesson from a document
New lesson from scratch
By clicking on this button, you can add a lesson from scratch or, if you previously created the course from a document, you can also create a new lesson from that specific document.
By clicking on the button "From document", if the course was created from a Word document, you will be able to select the lesson type and the chapter of the document you want to use to create the new lesson.
If the course was created by a PDF document, you will be able to choose the lesson type and the pages of the document you want to use to create the new lesson.

Remember that, after you choose all the actions you want to do, it is important to click on “Generate” to add the new lessons to the course.
This option, in document-generated courses, is chosen when you want to add lessons by entering them manually. Just click "New lesson" and after that "from scratch". Then you will have to choose the type of lessons and the content to be inserted.
In contrast, in the courses created "from scratch" is the only option you can choose since there is no document behind the creation of the course.

Please remember that the lessons are numbered and when you add or remove a lesson the number will automatically updated.
