Platform interface

Once the installation process is done and the permissions have been set, it’s time to start navigating the tool.

Click on the dedicated app in MS Teams to access the portal. If you can’t use Teams, land on https://ticketing.intranet.ai/ to access the portal via website.

Once you click on it, this layout will appear:

Please note: this layout is for users with Admin roles. Basing on the role you have, you’ll see less actions available:

  • Managers: will see "New Ticket", "Manage tickets" and "Browse the FAQ"

  • Agents: will see "New Ticket" and "Manage tickets". In the “Manage tickets” area, users will see the tickets assigned to their group.

  • Users: will see only “New Ticket” and “Manage Tickets” buttons. In the “Manage tickets” area, users will see the tickets they opened only.

The landing page is composed of these elements:

  • The navigation bar, on the left side, composed by:

    1. The link to the home page

    2. The Manage tickets area

    3. The Browse the FAQ area

    4. The Browse the reports area

    5. The Latest Notifications area

    6. The logout area

    7. The Settings area

  • On the right-hand side of the page, the latest notifications are available, informing the users about the latest updates
