Resource reservation

It is available, as an add-on, the solution for reserving locations or resources within the intranet. A very flexible tool that makes you able to:

• Configure the list of resources to manage (cars, parking, rooms, desks, monitors, etc..)

• Configure the list of resources' properties (location, floor, monitor available, etc..)

• Add as may resource you prefer

• Book resources based on slots

• Search for availabilities on dates or specific properties

• View your agenda of bookings

• View your next booking
