# Installation process

Information: our customers are not alone during Ticketing System installation. You will be followed by one of our technicians to have a quick and successful installation of our product.

## How we will install your intranet.ai <a href="#how-we-will-install-your-intranet.ai" id="how-we-will-install-your-intranet.ai"></a>

The installation process will be executed with the following steps:

1. In case of Self Hosted installation, the Customer completes the [Self-hosted requirements](https://docs.intranet.ai/ticketing-system-via-teams/hosting-options#azure-only-for-self-hosted-installation).
2. Within a Teams meeting, the Customer and Intranet.ai technicians will complete the installation steps together

During the Teams meeting, please note that a person with **Global Administrator Account** is needed. This is mandatory in order to have the installation approved during the process.
