Intranet analytics

It is available, as a new add-on, the solution for monitoring intranet usage with detailed information and the possibility to filter using the company's professional families. Here are the main features:

• Monitoring of page views and unique users

• Monitoring of events

• Monitoring of searches (from intelligent search, people directory, and documents area)

• Filters using the company's dimensions (like department, country, city, etc..) from AzureAD

The intranet usage monitoring solution allows you to understand the daily needs of the people who work in the company and the way in which people look for things that are useful for their work. Thanks to intranet.ai and its guided search functions, it is possible to fill the gap found during the monitoring phase, with new targeted content, with a general saving of time for everyone.
