Before starting: materials you'll need to set up Viva Connections

Before starting, please be sure to have these materials available:

• The name of your intranet site. It will be shown under the intranet icon in the left bar of Teams. Our suggestion is to make it as short as possible (e.g., “Intranet”).

• A short description. You can either decide to personalize it or leave the Microsoft preset.

• The Privacy Policy URL. You can either decide to personalize it or leave the Microsoft preset. The best practice is to have your own Privacy Policy. You can also change it at a later time and use, in a first phase, the Microsoft default one.

• Your website URL.

• The Term of Use URL. You can either decide to personalize it or leave the Microsoft preset. The best practice is to have your own Terms of Use. You can also change it at a later time and use, in a first phase, the Microsoft default one.

• A longer description. You can either decide to personalize it or leave the Microsoft preset.

• A big logo: 192x192 colored PNG with transparent background.

• A small logo to be used as icon: 32x32 colored PNG with transparent background.
