Information: our customers are not alone during intrante.ai installation. You will be followed by one of our technicians to have a quick and successful installation of our product.
How we will install your intranet.ai
The installation process will be executed with the following steps:
The Customer completes the requirements by itself, or with a support from our technicians.
In case of Self Hosted installation, the Customer completes the Self-hosted requirements.
The Customer sends the information needed to intranet.ai technicians
Within a Teams meeting, the Customer and intranet.ai technicians will complete the installation steps together
