# Installation process

Information: our customers are not alone during intrante.ai installation. You will be followed by one of our technicians to have a quick and successful installation of our product.

## How we will install your intranet.ai

The installation process will be executed with the following steps:

1. The Customer completes the [requirements](https://docs.intranet.ai/sharepoint-intranet/requirements) by itself, or with a support from our technicians.
2. In case of Self Hosted installation, the Customer completes the [Self-hosted](https://docs.intranet.ai/requirements#azure-only-for-self-hosted-installation) requirements.
3. The Customer sends the [information needed](https://docs.intranet.ai/sharepoint-intranet/installation/action-before-the-installation-meeting) to intranet.ai technicians
4. Within a Teams meeting, the Customer and intranet.ai technicians will complete the installation steps together
